Information on allergens
Bagels
All of our topped bagels (and the plain one) have the same basic ingredients and allergens.
They all contain gluten, and they are all made in an environment which contains sesame and poppy seeds.
Our cheese topped bagels contain dairy and lactose.
Although we do not use any nuts in our recipes please note that our seeds are manufactured in the same facilities were nut products are present.
Schmears
Our schmears contain dairy and lactose.
Storage
Bagels should be kept in a airtight container or well wrapped so as not to turn stale. From point of pick-up Bagels will be good for 3 full days, but can also be frozen. Let it defrost for 1 hour at room temperature then pop it under a grill or into a toaster. Slice it before freezing, and do not defrost in the fridge.
The Schmears will stay good for up to 4 days from day of purchase, please store in the fridge.
